• Account Information: If you register, we collect your email address and display name.
• Guest Session ID: Guest users are assigned an anonymous session ID stored locally on your device to track your activity within the app.
• Song Requests: Song titles, artist names, and optional notes you submit as requests at events.
• Votes & Ratings: Your votes on song requests and ratings/feedback you submit for events.
• Messages: Messages you send to the DJ through the in-app messaging feature.
• Location Data: If an event requires location verification, we request your device's location one time to confirm you are within the event's designated area. We do not store or track your location continuously.
• Usage Data: Request counts and timestamps used to enforce event rules such as cooldown periods and request limits.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To enable song requests, voting, and event participation.
• To enforce event rules set by the DJ (cooldowns, request limits, location gates).
• To facilitate messaging between audience members and DJs.
• To improve the app experience and resolve technical issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Song requests and display names are visible to the DJ and other event participants. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

5. Data Retention

Event data (song requests, votes, messages) is retained for the duration of the event and may be archived by the DJ. Guest session data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by deleting your browser or app data.

6. Children's Privacy

DJ Play This is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Guest users can clear their local session data by clearing app or browser storage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Major Solutions LLC nor Willis Major, nor any of their respective officers, employees, or agents, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
