By accessing or using the DJPlayThis™ application ("the App"), operated by Major Solutions LLC, a company solely owned by Willis Major (collectively, "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DJPlayThis™ is a platform that connects DJs with their audience for song requests, voting, and messaging. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You agree not to misuse the App, including submitting false requests, spam, abusive messages, or attempting to disrupt events or other users' experience.
Certain features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Display names must be unique; deleted names may be subject to a cooldown period before reuse.
Song requests and votes are suggestions only. The DJ retains full control over what is played. DJPlayThis™ does not guarantee that any request will be fulfilled.
Optional tip links are managed by DJs and point to third-party payment services. Tips do not guarantee a request or shoutout will be played. DJPlayThis™ is not a party to transactions made through external tip links and receives no portion unless otherwise stated.
The DJPlayThis™ name, logo, and App design are the property of Willis Major and Major Solutions LLC. All rights are reserved. Song and artist metadata referenced in the App belong to their respective rights holders; DJPlayThis™ does not host or distribute music.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Major Solutions LLC nor Willis Major, nor any of their respective owners, officers, employees, or agents, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Major Solutions LLC, Willis Major, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time, after which your display name becomes subject to a cooldown before reuse.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
